A smooth and well-rounded blend led by Brazil's chocolatey sweetness, with a small addition of Sumatra adding body and a subtle hint of spice for extra depth. Expect notes of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and gentle spice. Medium roast.
Arabica beans sourced from Brazil and Indonesia.
To prepare, use approximately 12g of coffee per cup.
If you're using a pour over method, allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3–4 minutes.
For a cafetière, use water just off the boil, pour, and steep for 4 minutes before pressing.
For best results, once opened use within 4 weeks and store in a cool, dark place.
